If an individual sells their homestead property and the railroad commision has a judgement against this individual can the rrc come in for the judgement money that the individual owes if there is money made off of sale of property

The proceeds of the sale of a homestead are exempt for a period of six months. I would make sure that the money isn't traceable OR that it be plowed back into another homestead.
