My grandmother had me on her will giving me her home when she dies. Once my aunt was made aware of my grandmother's decision, she convinced my grandmother to change the will and give her home to my aunt. My grandmother is in a nursing home at this time. What can I do to fight for the home?

Two issues come to mind. Does you grandmother have the metal capacity to change her will and/or was undure influence used to cause her to change her will. If she is still living you could have her evaluated for mental competentcy. You course of action while she is alive probably is to seek a declaratory judgment. If your grandmother is deceased you would challenge the will in probate court. It would be probated in the county of her residence. Larry Maun 713-266-2560
