Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I inherited land in Texas and pay annual taxes. I live in Louisana and don't frequent the property. I have been informed that someone is leasing the land to another person who is grazing horses. Also, they tore down an old barn that was on my property . Without my consent. What legal recourse do I have?

Go to the property and see if the rumor is true. If so, call the police. The people using the land are trespassing. If someone else is claiming it is their property and "leasing" it to the trespassers, then they are committing theft or fraud, etc.
