I have three siblings, my mother has willed her home to me. My brother stated that he will take me to court. Can he take me to court and win? He feels all the children are entiled to the home. My parents were of sound health and mind when they wrote out their will. Thanks

Yes, he can take you to court, but it doesn't mean he will win. Your parents are free to leave their property to whomever or whatever they choose. The common problems arise when a will is improperly executed or if someone alleges that someone exercised undue influence over the willmakes.
