Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Can my inlaws who live rent free sell my property and close my business without my consent? And how can I stop them?

If they are selling property that doesn't belong to them, you should file a lawsuit and ask for an injunction against them. The injunction can also ask that they be prohibited from closing the business.

Then file a forcible entry & detainer action in Justice court to evict them (this would be a separate lawsuit).
