Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

i issued a loan to an employee of mine against the title of his vehicle and he is in default by thee months. the title was not transfered into his name at all come to find out. what can i do to get the title put in my name to have the car repoed? i am a business owner but my business is not automotive related. can i place a lien on the car?

IMHO..no lien..you could sue,get a judgment and if u find any assets take them..but it sounds like a lost cause..as he probably has no exempt assets..
