Joint Auto Title

My father and I are both on my car title. I am trying to sell this car and my father refuses to sign over the title. He is being stubborn because we don't get along anymore. Is there any legal action I can take to force him off the title? Or force him to sign away the title?

It would probably cost you more in legal fees than the car is worth to force him to sell. I would just chalk it up to experience and move on.
