Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Joint Mortgage

I have a joint mortgage with my partner on a house. We are seperating now and I need to get my name off of the mortgage. She wants to keep the house so what are my options? She cannot afford to buy me out. I just want out the easiest way possible without my credit taking a bad hit!!
