Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
We have a judgement against an individual that got his property forclosed.
Can the mortgage company get a clean deed without settling this judgement in Texas.

Yes. The mortgage would have priority and the foreclosure would have wiped out everything that is subordinate including second liens (except taxes and federal tax liens). Your judgment is still good against the person, so he or she is still personally liable.
