land deed
If you have paid back taxes on land over 25 years no liviing heirs available what form do you file to get deed in your name?

You would probably need to file a trespass to try title or a suit to quiet title. I don't think a form will get you there.

To expand on the previous answer, either action will suffice. It involves filing a lawsuit, having a hearing, following required procedures, and the ultimate court order will determine title. Depending on the facts and pleadings you may or may not be "declared" the owner in the court order.
