Land left to children in will
Our mother passed away leaving five children 100 acres of land to be divided up with 20 acres to each child. One child cannot be located. How can we divide the land up and get title to the land?

If the land was left in a will, then you will need to probate the will. Assuming, however, that 4 years have not passed then your mother passed away. If you have any further questions on this matter, please contact me or email me.
