land that used to be in my name

I`ve been living on land for ten years and paying the land tax, this land used to be in my name and my three siblings, I signed my part over so it could be used for colllateral to buy mymother a newmobile home. That was about five years ago and just recently my brother has insisted that I move do I have any rights?

What did you sign? Did you just put up your share as collateral for a loan or did you deed your share to someone else? If you deeded out, you gave up your rights and you don't own the property anymore. Whoever owns the property can control who is on it. You may have some argument that you adversely possessed the property because of your tax payments and your continuous occupation of the property.
