Land Rights
My uncle is the executor of an estate where he was left one half interest in land and so was someone else and that person is no longer around and my uncle has paid the taxes since 2001 and taken care of the house and land what can he do to put this land in his name.

It takes 10 years to make a claim for adverse possession. If and when that time comes, he will need an attorney to get a declaratory judgment from the court.
