land sell
i had my land for sell, when i went to closing, i found out we was not closing on all my land just the land that was borrowed on the land i was owner financing they want more time. i told them yes, so months went by and then they called the abstract and had papers drawed up and how they wanted it and they decided not to pay a down payment so i waited several weeks and never had it. so i called it off, and said my land is not for sell
so now they want to sue me, because i did not sell to them. can they do that

If you don't have a written contract, then probably not. If you have a written contract, I would need to look at it to answer your question.
