Land title

How can I clear the title to my property when the man that bought it befor I did is dead and has no living heirs?

The answer is going to depend on the problem in the chain of title. Did the person from whom you bought the property have clear title? How did they transfer the property to you? Via a deed? If you bought the property with a deed from the deceased, but the deceased didn't have clear title, then you may need a suit to quiet title or a trespass to try title action.
