What do I need to file to get my Properety back from a default of non-payment and buyers did not pay taxes so the county took the land

As the former owner, you have a right of redemption. You'll need to notify the new property owner that you plan to exercise that right.

I am thinking that you are not the person who didn't pay the taxes. If you are a prior owner, and not the person who didn't pay taxes, the defaulting owner has a redemption period in which to "redeem the property." Once the redemption period is over, the county will auction the property or keep it for its own use. In that case, contact the county and find out when the auction will be held. If they know you are interested, they may hold an auction so you (and others) can bid.
