Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Is there a law in Texas that allows for access to land that is not accessible except across another person's land? Is there any option or law that would allow access without getting an easement?

No. The "access" IS the easement. It's called an easement by necessity. There's a whole body of law on it. You should talk to a good real estate lawyer.
