Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My in laws hold a mortgage in both their names for the house that my wife and I reside in. I have paid the mortgage payment since it’s inception. In fact they did this to help us out because I had just graduated from school. They divorced a few years ago and I. The divorce decree states that the home is to go to my wife, so I would like to know what we need to do to get the home in our names, and what happens to the mortgage once we do it?

Please rewrite the question as I don't understand what you're asking or what the facts are. Who owns the home? I don't know what you mean "the home goes to my wife."
