lease with option to buy Tx form and mineral rights

I downloaded a form from a findlegalforms web site and have a basic question. We have the mineral rights to the property and while it only pays a small amount each month, we wish to retain the rights when we sell the property. Where on the Lease with option to buy form would I include that I will retain the mineral rights.

Reserving mineral rights in a lease to buy contract is not a "basic" question. I would strongly suggest that if this is something you really want and dont want to risk losing the mineral rights then hire an attorney to draft the contract.
