leasing a house
my house i am renting is being soled at the public auction because the landlord is not paying taxes, what can i do.

I believe it will be sold subject to your lease; so you should be able to stay until your lease ends. If you are month-to-month, then look for a new place. Do that either way, just in case.

Sit tight. Once the foreclosure takes place, the new owner will get in touch with you and either ask you to move or ask you to continue renting from him or her. Your lease will no longer be effective because the taxes have priority over the lease and foreclosure process "clears title" of subordinate items so a new lease would need to be negotiated.
