Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I left my husband four months ago, and our house has been listed for sale for almost that amount of time. My husband is boasting that he's calling the shots on how the house is sold. I want to lower the price more, but he won't agree to it, and our realtor can't drop it unless we both agree. I am running out of funds to keep paying my half of the mortgage this long plus rent for my new place. Is there anything that can be done to make this more fair for me? Anything I can do to save money? I really feel that my almost ex is dragging out this process to punish me. I'm hurting more financially than he is.
