Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
do lenders have a right to force to sell
we have 2 farms and a house on one real estate loan. We have never been late with payments. does the lender have the right to try to force us to sell in order to get a small operating loan? i also have paper work with demands on how property would be sold.
