Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I lent my ex my tv and blue Ray player. For Xmas I brought It to her all the way from Dallas to austin. We broke up and now she's trying to say I gave them to her as a gift and they're legally hers. I never GAVE them to her just let her use it cuz hers was made in the 80's. How do I go about getting my items back

You would have to file a lawsuit in small claims court (Justice of the Peace) in the jurisdiction in which she lives in Dallas County. However, even if you won she would not have to give the property back, but only give you monetary compensation for the value of the property.
