Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

We sent a letter of demand by regular mail and by certified mail to the purchasers of a home that we are selling. The certified letter was returned to us. We gave them 20 days to catch up with everything they owe, but now I don't know what to do since the letter was returned to us.

Hire a lawyer and sue them.
