Life on a CR
I live at the end of C.R. and my neibor has been using my driveway to reach the CR since before I owned the land. Now I want to enclose my property by fence and gate. Can I force my neighbor to put his drive way on the CR and quit using my drive?

It depends on how long the neighbor has using the CR as access, whether or not an easement has previously been granted for neighnbor's use of the drive, and/or if neighbor has alternative legal access to his or her property.
