lis pendens
I filed lis pendens on a house that was being built on my land by a builder the price we agreed upon changed. my name and spouse name was forged builder and title co. sold house anyway.I never signed anything with builder all was verbal agreement.Lis pendens was filed 3 months before house sold.

You can't have a valid lis pendens without a pending lawsuit. Had you sued the builder at the time you filed the lis pendens? Did the title company contact you for a release before the house was sold?
