Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have a listing agreement with a Realtor that runs for about another month. I have not been satisfied with the response to the listing and would like to terminate this agreement and enter into another with a more competent Realtor. Can I do that?

Yes, after the listing agreement terminates or if the Realtor agrees to terminate the agreement early. Otherwise, you are in breach of the agreement.
