Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I live in Collin County and received a citation for parking in the grass adjacent to my driveway. I'm 26, new to homeownership, and was loading my truck while my husbands car was parked in the one car rear entry driveway. I was not aware I could not do this. Is this a hard lesson learned or do I have rights to a warning first? They even issued a warning for the items laid out that I was loading.

Fight this citation. Judges have better sense than the mindless bureaucrats who write these silly citations.

Bottom line, no warning is required. You violated an ordinance. Sometimes it is easier to pay the fine and move on.
