Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I live in el paso, texas. My grandfather tried to buy me a mobile home. The owner of the home and park wanted a 5,000 deposit. My grandfather gave 10,000 down payment. I decided not to move so my grandfather asked for the 10,000. The man only returned 2,000 after he was originally only asking 5,000. Is there any way my grandfather could at least get the extra $3,000 he put in for the down payment?

Probably...contact a local lawyer and show him the documents..but no one can answer your question without seeing the documents.
