Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I live in the state of Texas...I've been married for 15 months...my husband bought our home 4weeks ago..but he did not put my name on the loan...if he was to divorce me would I be entitled to half of our home?

Texas is an community property state thus any income (and debts) incurred while married, at least while in Texas, are half yours (income and debts) regardless of in whose name the property is. (There are a few caveats - if it was paid for with cash from his separate property then it would not be yours, and some others.)
