Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I live in Texas and recently finished paying off a timeshare I own here in Texas with Silverleaf Resorts. I now only pay $35 a month in membership dues. I no longer want my timeshare or have a need for it. Is there a legal way for me to give the deed back or somehow "divorce" my name from the deed so I no longer own it? If not, what happens if I simply stop paying my monthy dues? Can they take me to court for the dues? I just don't want my timeshare any longer. Thank you it's very much appreciated.

You may check with services that purchase timeshares. I have had clients do that in the past.
