Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I live in Texas, and just signed a lease at an apartment complex. I haven't moved in yet, and I am needing to get out of the lease. The landlord did not sign the lease, does that make it still binding?

Yes, it's binding.
You can do what most people would do: Break the lease. Go live somewhere else. Write a letter to the landlord if you feel like it, but it won't make much difference. The landlord will probably report you to the credit bureau.
