Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

We live in Travis County and are in Cedar Park, Tx ETJ. A commercial building was built 10' from the property line. There is no zoning out here that I know of. They want to cut my trees that are encroaching 10' from their building. They came on my property and cut a few before I stopped them. I believe that they can only cut up to their property line, and no more. Who do I contract to stop them from coming on my land and cutting my trees? The sheriff told me they can cut my trees if they are encroaching. I say only if its over the line and no more.

Send them a letter. If that doesn't work, contact an attorney to see if you want to go to the trouble of getting a restraining order.
