llc property transfer
I have rental property in Texas and have just set up an LLC. I live out of the country. How do I transfer to property into the LLC? Is there a way to do it online or do I need to go to Texas?

You don't have to come to the state. You can get a locale lawyer to do it for you. We can email you the necessary paperwork. You need a company resolution, and then a deed.
