Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

zero lot line

Arlington - My neighbors house sits on the property line. Her eaves overhang my property by about 13''. The overhang is allowed in the deed. I have some shrubs in my garden on my property next to her house that sometimes touch her eaves. They are not damaging just touching. There is no clause in the deed about vegetation. Can she legally cut my shrubs w/o my permission? She would have to trespass as they do not hang on her property at all. Does she have any legal right to demand I cut back vegetation more if it is not damaging her house? I do keep it trimmed away from her house but it grows taller than her house so touches the eaves sometimes where they overhang my property.

Re: zero lot line

Sounds like she doesn't have the right to go onto your property or to cut your vegetation not extending onto her property.
