I made an offer on a property that was excepted by the seller. After I signed the seller and his agent made changes, and added info and without me seeing the corrections the agent executed the contract and took the property off the market. My date was also marked threw and changed from 06/29 to 07/16 without allowing me to have an opinion, which my date was 30 days. Then we submitted an amendment to change the date after I comprimise and it takes the sellers agent 10 days to send back the signed amendment which my agent had to keep calling to get. Now the biggest issue of all, My agent had to ask when can we start our inspections and appraisal time and then we had to rush that cause the seller was leaving town for vacation. The inspection comes in and the roof had damage and there were some additional minor repairs that needed to be done. My agent sends the inspection report to the sellers agent and she asked for a prioritized list and we sent it and about 2 weeks later she ask for an extention of the closing date to do the repairs and then a week later she sends an email stating that he does not want to make any repairs. I feel like the sellers agent is new and giving me the run around , and not treating me fairly... PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THEM DO THE REPAIRS....

IMHO you cannot..there has been no finalized contract.....
