Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Manufactured homes and deed restrictions

Our deed restrictions read that no ''trailers'' or ''portable structures'' shall be used for temporary or permanent residence. Our deed restrictions are in force but date back to 1968. I need some Texas case law that proves the newer manufactured homes are indeed considered to be trailers or a portable structure. The dispute involves an individual who has not attached the home to the land (yet). I filed for an injunction and will have to make arguments that the manufactured home is truly a portable structure or a trailer. ANY CASE LAW CITES ARE MOST APPRECIATED!!! Thank you.
