March 3rd notice of trustees sale

How long do I have after that day to vacate the property? will a preliminary stay freeze the sale?

You can stay until someone buys the house and evicts you. I've never heard of a preliminary stay. Any action you take will require an attorney - it is best to consult with one directly.
