Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am a member of an hoa and the hoa has sent me a letter giving me 30 days to correct violation of bylaws. others in the hoa have the same violations and they have not been notified. seems they are picking on me. can they do this to me and not do it to others?

probably but yu need to file written response with facts..and attend hoa meetings, elections..read the bylaws..as members of HOAs usually give up a lot of rights for security..just like the Patriot Act.
