Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Mine and my Sister Land and another mans house
Dad passed when he was 92 and 5 years befor that he rented his land to a man that about 2 years later he build a house on it with out asking daddy. Daddy didn't say anything to him about why did you build the house with out asking . Dad pass the house to me and sister and its about 5 years later. The guy told friend next door that he was going to take the house from Mom And Dad on squatter's rights now, I know you can't do that because he has been paying rent all this time. The house 445 sq foot I would like to sell the land so who's house is it mine or his I don't like the man very much because what he was trying to do to them. There is no lease it was verbal between him and daddy. What kind of person would build a house on someones land and try to take it. The land is worth 7000 with footage is 50.00 We have all ways payed the Taxs I ask him if he wanted to buy it for 60.00 and he said no and later told my husband that he was not going to pay for his own house on my land. You need to initiate a "trespass to try title" lawsuit against him to clear the title and have him removed from the land.
