Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Mom's house

My Mom recently passed away but before she did she hired an attorney and made me her power of attorney and ask me to deed her house to my sister since I could not gift myself with the poa.Her ex-husband has been living with her for about 20yrs,they divorced in 1993.How can my sister ,who is now the legal owner of the house,get my moms ex-husband out.I dont think he would fall under any renters laws since he was really just a roommate in a house that had been transferred to another owner.

She can evict him. Instructions are at the local justice of the peace office or on the website.
