Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I have a mortgage on farm in texas. buyer has missed 2 payments, will not accept certified default letters and his lawyer will not return calls to my lawyer. our contract requires he allow me an inspection of the property but he says i wil have to go through his lawyer............duh!!!! what options or recourse do i have? thanks.
