Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

If the Mortgage to my house is in my name, (the loan) and I have paid for everything. 5 years ago I put someones name on a General Warranty deed allowing them 1/2 house well I guess as co-owner but they did not sign anything their name was just typed on the document and I signed as grantor and it was notarized. What exactly should I do to remove this persons name from any part of the deed?

Only by having "someone" sign it back to you OR by filing a lawsuit..which may be won if no gift/no consideration...but u have dug a hole..good luck
