Mortgage

My husband & i have put our home up for sale. I asked my mortgage company how long we would have before we were forced out for non payment. We're hoping it will sell before it comes to that. They told me it depended on what state we live in. We live in abilene texas

First they need to foreclose, then it takes about a month after that to do an eviction proceeding and get a writ for the constable to remove you.
