Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Mortgage loan in ex's name

Signed deed of trust, title is in my name, but not loan.Mortgage co said I had to pay,and qualify. They refused to send me statements,or talk to me.They had refused to make forebearance arangements with me.During forebearance they overcharged on escrow. They have ignored emails from me.They refuse to put the loan in my name but if it defaults im held liable also.Right now im waiting to see if I qualify for a loan on a house I own with them. When I was married they would let me call and do anything concerning the loan. How can the mortgage company treat me so differently after the divorce.Considering I own 100% of the property? Help, ive been living a nightmare with the mortgage company for almost 7 years now! The house is in Texas, the mortgage company is in Florida.
