Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My mother baught my truck for me several years ago. I was 19 at the time of purchase. I am 22 now. I have reached the point that I can no longer put up with my mother. The truck is vital to my business future. Is there any way that I can take my Mother to court in order to get my truck? Is there any kind of rules about Uniform Gift to Minors kind of thing?

Who is in possession of the truck?

Whose name is it title in?

Is it paid for? Are payments being made?
