Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My mother died without a will and we are 100% certain that the house and land will go to me and my two siblings. How do we have the title transferred into our name?

u need to probate the estate...so hire a probate lawyer..or if in dallas metroplex, call us

A few questions:

1. Did mom have any other property? (bank account, car, etc.)

2. Did mom have a spouse or other children (even predeceased children)

3. Did mom owe any debts?

There are a number of probate procedures, but I don't know which ones to use until I have all the facts.
