Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My Mother is 72, and my father is Deseased. I live in her house with her and take care of her, I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. She owns her home and Land, and supports herslf, she wants to put the deed of house and property in my name. how much does that cost, and will that assure that the property and house will be mine and my siblings cant take it from me.? and i live in Texas

The answer is yes and I would do it for $200 if you would email enough information, i.e. a copy of the deed OR a complete legal description, full legal name of you, your mother ..and that includes cost of filing in your county...but a notary public must go to notarize your mother's signature. Do not expect it to be done without complaint from siblings..and she should understand that if she does that..you could evict her UNLESS the deedis prepared in such a way you could not..after all 72 is really NOT old..
