Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
my mother in law is deceased. We live in her house. My husband and his siblings are on the deed. A check came in my mother in law's name from Chesapeake Gas. How can my husband deposit it?

Did she leave a will? Was it probated? Someone is going to have to administer the estate.
