Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My mother has a property deed to land my grandfather left her and her siblings. All of the family members are now deceased except for 4 individuals. These individuals don't want the property and my mother would like to transfer the deed to me. The deed is still in my grandfather's name; however my mom has heirship papers showing the property was left to her and her siblings. What steps need to be taken to secure the deed in my name?

I would need to review the family history for each deceased individual. Also, for the deceased people, I would need to know if any of them had wills. Assuming they did not, then I would prepare affidavits for each, and then have the surviving heirs deed out to you. You can then establish title in your name.
